Physical disabilities and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Our Care Givers are qualified and experienced staff members who are appropriately skilled to provide services to both Care Givers and the Office of Aging. Care Givers ensure the availability of sufficient staff by routinely reviewing the staff-to-client ratios. Staffing patterns and needs are continuously monitored to assure the availability of qualified staff. Care Givers provide for supervision of all aides by an appropriately qualified supervisor.
Our employees are highly trained under the more stringent criteria of personal care aides. They are trained to function in a supportive relationship by performing selected client care services and related housekeeping activities. They are trained to observe any deviations from the usual physical or mental status of a client and to report the fact immediately to their supervisor. They are also instructed to inform their supervisor of any significant needs or changes in the client's condition and/or home environment.
